Trace Your Route to the UWITC

1. Click here to download WINMTR and save it to your local machine.

2. Extract the WinMTR.exe file from the zip file.

3. Double click the WinMTR.exe file to launch WinMTR.

4. Enter REMOTE.UWITC.ORG in the Host box and click Start.

5. After about 5 minutes, click Stop.

6. Click Export TEXT and save the results in a text file called tracert.txt on your local machine.

7. Email that file to support@uwitc.org
